About this project

This programme works in the Kamal Ban and Phagal areas of Kaghan Valley, Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — our newest area of work, begun in December 2025.

It supports orphaned children with education while also helping mothers develop livelihood opportunities. The combined approach recognises that an orphaned child’s education depends on whether the household around them is stable.

The programme is currently supporting 14 families and the education of 35 orphaned children through educational and welfare assistance.

How it works

  • Education for orphaned children in Kaghan Valley
  • Livelihood support for their mothers alongside it
  • Household stability treated as part of schooling
  • Kamal Ban and Phagal, Mansehra District, KP
